| Definition. |
The following terms apply to all pictures
supplied to a customer of ShropshireStarPix.com or Shropshire
Newspapers Ltd, whether as a photographic print or digital file.
The term "reproduction" includes all forms of publishing
or copying of any picture, in its original form or modified
by any process. |

| Agreement. |
This agreement applies to all reproductions
of pictures supplied by ShropshireStarPix.com or Shropshire
Newspapers Ltd. Any attempt to vary these terms must be agreed
in writing between Shropshire Newspapers Ltd and the customer.
No ownership or copyright of pictures supplied by ShropshireStarPix.com
or Shropshire Newspapers Ltd will pass to the client. Pictures
are supplied by way of loan only. |

| Reproduction. |
Possession of a picture or pictures does
not confer to the customer the right to reproduce them, unless
with prior, written consent from ShropshireStarPix.com or Shropshire
Newspapers Ltd and upon payment of the appropriate reproduction
fee.
ShropshireStarPix.com and Shropshire Newspapers Ltd retain the
right to approve or refuse reproduction rights to any picture
supplied in the Shropshire Newspapers picture library.
Any such reproduction rights will be granted only after ShropshireStarPix.com
or Shropshire Newspapers Ltd, or representatives of the aforementioned
organisations, have been notified of, and approved, the intended
use of the picture or pictures.
The purchaser or purchasers of any picture reproduction from
ShropshireStarPix.com or Shropshire Newspapers Ltd agrees, by
these terms, to indemnify ShropshireStarPix.com and Shropshire
Newspapers Ltd in respect of any claims or damages, loss or
costs which may arise from the use of any picture.
Pictures supplied by ShropshireStarPix.com or Shropshire Newspapers
Ltd shall not be exclusive to the purchaser.
ShropshireStarPix.com and Shropshire Newspapers Ltd do not warrant
the accuracy of any description of pictures, captions associated
with them or the identification of persons appearing in them
and accept no responsibility for claims, loss or damage arising
from their reproduction.
Purchasers hereby agree to report any such discrepancy or inaccuracy
to ShropshireStarPix.com or Shropshire Newspapers Ltd upon discovery
of any such discrepancy or inaccuracy.
If permission to reproduce any picture supplied by ShropshireStarPix.com
or Shropshire Newspaper Ltd, it will be on the understanding
that each reproduction is credited to Shropshire Newpapers Ltd,
and/or if required by ShropshireStarPix.com or Shropshire Newspapers
Ltd, the name of the photographer.
Immediately upon reproduction of any picture, subject to prior
approval being granted by ShropshireStarPix.com or Shropshire
Newspapers Ltd, the customer shall supply a photocopy, sample,
or detailed description of the publication or product bearing
the reproduction.
Failure by ShropshireStarPix.com or Shropshire Newspapers Ltd
to enact any of the aforementioned rights shall not be taken
as a waiving of those rights. |
