To find pictures which
interest you simply types the name, place or subject you
are looking for in either the 'Quick
Search' box on the top-right hand section of every
page, or click on the 'Search'
button on the top navigation bar (next to the camera picture
above). Once you have entered your word / subject simply
hit 'Return' or 'Enter'
on your keyboard. |

The results of your search will be
displayed to you as 'thumbnail'
images on the results page, in groups of eight. To see
a larger version of any of the images simply click on
the thumbnails or the 'View
this Image' button that accompanies it. |

|
If you would like to purchase any of
the images that have been found, you need to add them
to your shopping basket (located on the right-hand side
of every page). To do this you need to click the
'Add to Basket' button on the image detail page.
You will then be taken to your basket to confirm the addition. |

|
At this stage you are not committed
to ordering all of the contents of your basket. |
| |
|
|
You are now free to either return to
the search results by clicking the
'Continue Shopping' button, or to start the purchase
procedure by clicking the 'Go
to Checkout' button. |

|
If you return to the search results,
you can add another image to your basket simply following
the format above. You may jump into your basket at any
time from anywhere in the website, by simply clicking
the 'View Basket Items'
button on the bottom of your basket (on the right of every
page). |

|
If there are items in the basket that
you do not wish to purchase, simply click the 'Del'
button on the right-hand side of your basket items list.
The page will refresh instantly - showing you the remaining
images you want. To delete all image in the basket you
must individually click each picture's corresponding 'Del'
button. |

Once you are happy that you want to
buy everything now in the basket, click on 'Go
to Checkout'. You will then be taken to a Customer
Login page. |

|
If you are a previous customer you
can login with your e-mail address and password. If you
are a new customer you can register an account. |
| |
|
|
Previous customers' infomation (including
invoice address / delivery address etc) will be retreived
for you and you will be able to add your credit card details
to complete the order (we DO
NOT retain anyone's sensitive card information). |

|
If you are a new user, you will be
taken to a registration form where you can enter your
personal details, and delivery options etc. |
| |
|
|
Both new and previous customers will
be offered the opportunity to add extra delivery details
(such as what to do in the event of nobody being home
on delivery day). |

Once all of your details have been
entered, click the 'Next' button
on the bottom of the page. You will now be taken to an
'Order Information'
page, where you can review your whole order (including
pictures selected, personal details, credit card details
and delivery address / options). Once happy with your
order click the 'Place this
Order' page. YOUR ORDER
WILL NOT BE PLACED UNTILL THIS IS CLICKED. |

Your order will then be procesed and
the results of the transaction will be presented to you
on screen. You are advised to print this page for your
own personal records. A copy of the order is sent directly
to your e-mail address (the address you supplied when
you registered an account with us). |

We would like to reassure you that
credit or debit card transactions via the internet are
highly secure. When you send your details to us they will
be be heavily encrypted and passed to a secure server
for processing, keeping them locked away from the rest
of the internet. |
